Indirect welding (Chassis and side wall)

Using two electrodes, a indirect weld can be used when there is assembly between under frame(chassis) and side wall.

Generally one electrode contact the under frame bottom other contact side plate as of about 90 degree.

Two weld spots are produced, one under each electrode.

Independent force control allows for separate adjustment of each electrode force and used to balance the heat between the two weld spots.

Sidewall and under frame assembly indirect spot welding system is in process which contacting stainless surfaces are jointed by heat obtained from residence to electric current .

Sidewall and under frame sheet plates are in the 1.5mm to 5.5mm thickness range of three layers.
